To suite our partners' needs, we offer two distinct options for our services on each project:
Direct Project Management - Hire ArtPop for comprehensive management of your creative project. We'll oversee all progress & development from start to finish, and deliver a turnkey creative solution that brings your vision to life!
Artist Referrals - ArtPop will connect you with the right artist(s) so you can work with them directly. With over 10 years' worth of professional artist relationships, we're happy to offer curated options from our expansive local network.

1. Research & Discovery - Before a project begins, we’ll get to know the client, their mission, and their project’s parameters to start creating a vision and a plan for our creative work together.
2. Concepting & Ideation - From artist recommendations and renderings to on-site visits, we'll develop a creative strategy, design options, timelines, and more to ensure a smooth project from start to finish.
3. Management & Execution - Time to create! As the project artist(s) dive into action, we'll keep things communicated, organized, and on schedule for project completion.

How are Inspiration Projects funded?
The client is responsible for funding their project. In some cases, our clients have applied for grants to fund their project.How is the cost of a project determined?
The budget for a typical Inspiration Project is based on the fees of the hired artist(s) covering renderings, materials, equipment, etc. + ArtPop's fees for Direct Project Management or Artist Referrals.What can be created through Inspiration Projects?

Inspiration Projects opportunities are available to visual artists working in all mediums, who reside in ArtPop’s 14-county region of operation (see below). These opportunities are not solely limited to those who have been in ArtPop's Cities Program, or to those who have worked with ArtPop in the past.
*ArtPop’s program areas currently include: Cabarrus, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Rutherford, Stanly, Union, York (SC), Chester (SC), and Lancaster (SC).

Local creatives who fill out our Artist Interest Form are added to our database of active community artists, their skills, and interests.
When a client connects with us to initiate a new project, we reference this database - as well as our larger network of community artists - so we can always recommend the right artist(s) for the job!
As all Inspiration Projects are currently client-initiated, ArtPop cannot guarantee that every artist who completes the form will be hired for Inspiration Projects opportunities.

Nope! While a number of our recent projects have involved murals, we have also managed a projects involving a variety of creative mediums and skills - see “Open to Any Creative Challenge” and “Recent Projects” for examples!
Murals can also be applied as a printed vinyl decals, meaning any artwork could become a mural, if it’s the right piece for the project!

Our Cities Program is an annual year-long juried-exhibition / advertising campaign that 20 local artists are juried into each year.
Inspiration Projects are individual jobs of varying types, in which ArtPop works with local artists on a case-by-case basis in order to bring our clients’ visions to life.
